Shipping Policy

Free Shipping Across India
We offer free shipping on all orders across India. Each handloom saree is carefully packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Metros generally receive orders faster. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
International Shipping
We currently ship within India. For international enquiries, please contact our support team at hello@tugas.in and we will be happy to assist you.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order from your account dashboard under "My Orders".
