Return Policy

7-Day Easy Returns
At Lugas, we want you to love your saree. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the saree is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at hello@tugas.in within 7 days of receiving your order. Share your order number and the reason for return, and our team will guide you through the process with a prepaid return label.
Refunds
Once your returned saree is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and authenticity reasons, sarees that have been altered, customised, or show signs of wear, washing, or damage are not eligible for return. Please inspect your saree carefully upon delivery.
